2026 SUGC Exhibitor Booth Registration

Exhibitor Registration for the 2026 Southern Utah Green Conference is now open.  Our Southern Utah Green Conference will be Tuesday, October 27th at the Dixie Convention Center (1835 S Convention Center Dr, St. George, UT 84790) from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Exhibitor Booth Space is $300 and includes (1) 8’ back drape, (2) 3’ side drapes, (1) 6’ draped table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, carpet and power.  Large equipment vendors will need to “walk” the equipment in, it will need to be in neutral with the engine/motor off.  Exhibitors will be located in the ballroom, which will also host the keynote speaker along with the continental breakfast and lunch.

Exhibitors can set-up Monday, October 26th from 12:00 – 4:00 pm or Tuesday, October 27th from 6:30 – 7:30 am (registration for the conference will open at 7:00 am). We recommend that exhibitors complete their setup by 7:00 am, allowing for a half-hour of interaction with attendees in the ballroom prior to the keynote speaker's presentation. 

We will return to the ballroom, and to encourage attendees to join us there, we will be hosting giveaways during the class breaks. If you are interested in participating in these giveaways, please reach out to Meeja Fortie for more information.

The conference class schedule has been adjusted to allow 15 minutes in between each class.  Exhibitor's will be able to each lunch before the attendees so that you will be available during their lunch break to meet with conference attendees.
