Trade Show Set-Up Hours:

Monday, January 25, 2027, Noon to 6:00 p.m.

Drive-in, hand carry or cart option available Monday ONLY Move-in

Tuesday, January 26, 2027, 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

Hand carry or carts ONLY Tuesday Move-In

Trade Show Hours:

Trade Show will open Tuesday, January 26, 2027, Noon to 4:30 p.m.

Trade Show hours Wednesday, January 27, 2027, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Trade Show Tear Down Hours:

Wednesday, January 27, 2027, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The back doors of the hall will not be opened until after the carpet is rolled up. (Typically takes about an hour)

Modern Display Exhibitor Service Kit Details

For those requiring Power, Water, Tables, Chairs, Carpet, and other essentials, you can now place your orders through Modern Display's new online ordering portal, replacing the previous PDF format. Modern Display will send an email to all exhibitors containing a login link and a temporary password for easy access to the ordering system. Alternatively, you can click here to directly access the 2027 UGC Service Kit online ordering portal.

Mountain America Exposition Center retain the right to provide, charge for, and regulate all utility usage, including electrical, within these venues. This service is generally provided through a third party contractor, such as an exhibitor on services contractor.

Battery Powered Electric Outlets (BPEO) are permitted ONLY under the following conditions:

• BPEO is permitted if it is used to power small, personal electronic devices such as a cell phone or tablet via a standard USB-style connection.
• BPEO is permitted if it is UL listed or Certified.

Battery Powered Electric Outlets (BPEO) are ALWAYS prohibited under the following conditions: 

• BPEO is prohibited if it can accept standard two or three-prong electrical cords.
• Portable power stations, battery generators or A/C generators are prohibited.
