Founded in 2017, EcoPoint is an environmental consulting and technology company dedicated to helping organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions through environmental science, restoration, geospatial intelligence, and advanced technology. We partner with clients across the energy, government, nonprofit, and private sectors to improve operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, reduce environmental risk, and restore healthy ecosystems.
One of EcoPoint's flagship initiatives is the Native Live Plant Program, an innovative restoration solution that improves the success of reclamation and habitat restoration projects. Unlike traditional restoration methods that rely primarily on seed, our program cultivates locally adapted native plants from seed collected within the project region, resulting in stronger establishment, higher survival rates, and healthier ecosystems.
Our full-circle approach follows four key stages:
• Collect – Responsibly collect locally adapted native seed from project landscapes.
• Cultivate – Grow native plants in our greenhouse facilities using locally sourced seed.
• Install – Mechanically install mature native plants to maximize establishment and restoration success.
• Restore – Monitor project performance to support long-term ecosystem health, biodiversity, and wildlife habitat.
