Full Job Description

Turf Equipment and Irrigation, Inc is now accepting applications for an immediate opening for a parts counter person. Must be self motivated, ambitious and willing to train. The parts counter job entails computer work for ordering parts, answering phone calls and also pulling orders to meet our customers needs.

• Correctly identify, pull and order the correct parts for customers in w/c and for shipped orders.
• Learning to be efficient on the Infor system and helping to build a strong relationship with our customers to ensure that their parts needs are taken care of.
• Taking phone calls to fill orders and answer any parts questions.
• Work directly with team members of different divisions to fill customers parts needs.
• Order parts from multiple vendors.
• Put away stock orders and keep warehouse and parts counter and room clean.

Requirements

Must be 18 with a valid drivers license

Parts/customer service experience preferred

Ability to communicate efficiently

Basic knowledge of computer skills
